Scopeys East Croydon tasting - Cheers Paul! Hazy amber beer, tidy white head. a few small bits of something drifting to the bottom - no biggie! Light crisp palate. Minerals. Mild fruit flavours of orange and tangerine with subtler mango and peach. Vaguely champagne like and tastes like it could have been made with champagne yeast. Decent and very very drinkable.

Bottle at my East Croydon beer tasting, thanks to madmitch76. It pours light orange, with lively carbonation, suspended sediment and a thin fizzy white head. The nose is yeast, white sugar, light spice and pepper. The taste is sweet orange, candied fruit, pear, melon, lemon sherbet, yeast, white bread and hay, with alcohol warmth in finish. An interesting beer, but far too sweet for my liking.

Bottle at the East Croydon Beer Tasting. Pours hazy gold with sediment and a small, creamy head. Fresh aroma, bits of grass and yeast, sweet dough. Sweet flavor, sharp bread and sugar, bit of yeast and candi sugar. Medium to full in body, warming, with lively carbonation. Pretty hot finish, Belgian yeast, faint toast, slight herbal bitterness. Pretty nice.

Bottle at Craig’s big Edinburgh tasting, this bottle courtesy of ’Craig’, thanks mate. Shared in company of Craig, Stella, Jan, Charlotte, Fritz and Loz 30.10.10 This is really soft in the mouthbut lookswise there is a rather flat appearance, it’s murky amber in colour with little head noted. Its sweet, bit syrupy, some fizziness is detected, it’s enjoyable enough but not totally my thing. A7 A3 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3
