Gravity cask at the Pig’s Ear. Black-brown pour with faint, bubbly head. Dark, roasted malt aroma, some faint fruits. Hard malts in the flavor, somewhat medicinal, roasty, with some tobacco and char bitters. Light to medium in body. Char and roast finish, lightly sweet. Not bad, but the flavor had some weirdnes.
