Proudly italian, it's a special low-fermented golden coloured and generously hoppy beer, with fresh herbal hints.

Designed for an easier and larger consumption, it has a light alchool content and it's perfect during the summer days, drunk alone, as aperitif or with a classic italian pizza.

It is better when drunk young.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy dirty beige color ale with a huge off-white head with perfet retention and lacing. Aroma of funky barnyard and dry hops is really great. Taste is also a perfect mix between some dry hops with some powerful funky barnyard notes originating from the yeast. Easily drinkable with not much alcohol (5.5%) and perfectly mix between dry and funky and I love the fact that filtration was limited. I wish this was more accessible over here.

From bottle, blind tasting at Papsoes - beer no 14. Pours hazy yellow with a diminished white head. Hay and slight citric aroma. Flavour is mellow, slight yeasty. Has a mild wheaty like to malt note. Finish holds a mild acidic note with rather dry finish.

Bottled at RBESG, Glasgow, 2007. An unclear golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of grapes and wheat as well as lighter notes of spices and over ripe fruit. The flavor is sweet combined with an acidity like lactic acid, combined with notes of wheat and a light spicy touch, leading to a dry and slightly spicy and wheaty finish.
