Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark golden color with a huge foamy orange-white head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was sweet table sugar, candied pears and touches of bread and dry spies. The flavor was dryish and musty with notes of bread, table sugar and faint fruit. Medium length finish that was dry with table sugar and pear notes. Medium body. Ok.

Excellent Belgian style beer. I drank this straight from a 12 oz. bottle. Don’t know what it looks like.Aroma is spice and yeast with a light malt flavor. Taste was very Belgian. Strong on the fruity esters with mild spiciness and just a hint of stale hops in the aftertaste. A nice brew.

Bottle (kindly delivered by Jonas!): Copper coloured, small stable white foamy layer; caramelly-fruity nose with a distinctive herbal-hoppy background; bitter-sweet flavour, almost medium-bodied; citrussy spices in the lingering malty and hebal-hoppy finish. Nice stuff.....

(bottle, 35.5cl) Hazy, amber colour with a slightly off-white foamy head of medium size. Cara-malty and moderately citrus-fruity aroma with spicy hops and a tinge of bubblegum. Mildly sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Cara-malty taste with hints of liquorice and citric and spicy hops; bitter-sweet malty and rounded herbal and spicy hoppy finish. Likeable and hoppy example of the style. 21.II.11

Hazy gold beer. Softish palate. A little sweetish malt with a bubblegum streak. Okay.

Draught at their Logan Airport Taproom. Medium amber color with a low head. Somewhat faint aroma of cherry, American hops, Belgian yeast character. Earthy, dry flavor of fruits, cherry, caramel, plum. Slightly spicy too. Clean and dry, with a nice dryness and medium bitterness at the finish. There is a nice round character to it. Decent, though not exactly spectacular.
