Tap at Sidedoor. Filtered yellow-tan body. Creamy white head. Funky, spicy saison. The tropical hop notes further twist up all the flavors. The yeast is intense, and the overall product is not really that enjoyable. Mediocre, unimpressive offering. Grew on me a little. Lemon, pepper, pear, honey, blood orange.

Bottle kinda shared by Mattew, many thanks. Golden color with medium white head. Citrus hops, malt, yeast in aroma. Taste, solid malty base with spices, citrus hops, Belgian yeast. Very good.

Bottle. Thanks Matt! Pale yellow to golden colour. Good head. Interesting mix of Belgian spiciness with a hint of apple and full hoppy fruity tropical citrusy flavours.

Bottle, and a few weeks past its "best by" date. Still solid. I didn’t notice the Belgian aspect of this beer, and it doesn’t compare to Houblon or the best Belgian ipas. But still this is good. gold color, and a surprisingly smooth, full palate. Floral hops, lots of aroma even if this beer sat a little longer than it should have. Good.

Orange beer with a white head. Very citrusy aroma and flavor. Candied tropical fruit, a bit of spice, clean bitter finish. This is more IPA than Belgian, which worked well for me (not a fan of Belgian IPAs). Tops.

22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, best before 8/16/2015. Pours slightly hazy bright golden yellow color with a 2 finger dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big grapefruit, pineapple, peach, mango, melon, pear, apple, peppercorn, lemon zest, orange peel, light pine, cracker, bread, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of bright citrus/tropical hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big grapefruit, pineapple, peach, mango, melon, pear, apple, peppercorn, lemon zest, orange peel, light pine, cracker, bread, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Good amount of earthy yeast spiciness and piney bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, pineapple, peach, mango, melon, pear, apple, peppercorn, lemon/orange peel, light pine, cracker, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice complexity, robustness, and balance of bright citrus/tropical hops, fruit/spicy yeast, and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/spice/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and moderately crisp/sticky mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is an excellent Belgian IPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of bright citrus/tropical hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and moderate pale malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink for the ABV. A very enjoyable offering.

22 ounce bottle. Pours a cloudy straw gold color with a big rocky white head. Zesty yeasty sour apple malt nose. Flavor is tart and dry, bitter hops mix with tart pear and apple nuances. Seems like a cross between a Belgian wheat and a pale IPA.

Pours gold with a large white head.Nose shows spicy Belgian phenols, grassy and herbal hops, soft light malt.Flavours include more spicy hops with some phenolic notes derived from the yeast. Some soft booze in the finish.
