Bottle. Pours clear copper brown with airy light tan head. Clear aroma of malt and caramel, with touches of yeast and hops. Lozenges in the second nose. Bitter, hoppy and roasty flavour with sweetish touches of bread, caramel malt and yeast and leafy hints. Bitter, roasty and hoppy aftertaste with touches of caramel. Well, reasonable for the style and not unenjoyable as such.

Bottle, 7.0%. Malty and distinctly lagery aroma. Clear chestnut colour. Unstable head, almost white. The flavour is sweet and floral, a little soapy. Low bitterness. Also sweet finish. The sweetness tastes like candy, sort of fruity and soapy.

330 ml bottle. Murky dark brown, foamy head. Burnt sugar, a lot of roasted malt and unmalted barley, caramel, cough syrup, some booze, dark pine honey. Malty sweetness, minimal dryness. Full to medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, malty sweetish finish. Weird Doppelbock, very very malty, very rural and not bad though. Only for the winter time.

Bottle picked up from Denns Biomarkt in München (Schwabing) and consumed at Kostas's, 13th August 2020 after a couple of Biergarten visits this evening. Pours caramel colour with a thin off white head. Lots of caramel and a little toffee on the nose, fruity even a little bit of coffee. Mid sweetness. Good.

Glossner Doppelbock, Fläschchen aus einem Mixpaket vom Biershop Bayern. - Tiefdunkles Kupferrot, blank. Bottle at Hutt’n. Reddish-brown with a tight, fine head. Malty nose, caramel, chocolate, cherry, a bit of soy. A bit faint. Sweet flavor of dried fruits and chocolate. A bit plain but not bad Body is a tad thin. Ok but not so interesting.
