24-27/10/2023. From cask at the 45th Norwich Beer Festival. Pours clear dark amber/brown with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of toffee, golden syrup, hops, fruit, sweet nut. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Oily and watery. Average to soft carbonation. Dry, sweet toffee finish. Good looking beer, lacked some depth.

Cask @ Riverhead Brewery Tap, Marsden. Clear copper-amber with a creamy head. Crisp and light hoppy-malty, easy-drinking, and a tasty session ale.

Cask handpull at Henrys Sheffield. Mid brown lasting beige head. Odd to find so many ales in a trendy spot like this with music that isnt music but is just a drum beat and the beer is too cold and too tight a sparkler. So it deadens most of the flavour. Some yeast on aroma. Some nutty fruity malt in mouth some vague hop on finish. A bitter

Cask, handpump at The Riverhead Brewery Tap, Marsden, West Yorkshire, 22.04.11 Orange amber in colour with a touch of haze, medium white head. Little chewy some caramel, soft in the mouth, its ok, bit thin lacks a really good hoppiness, tiny bit of late bitterness. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1
