An amber beer with a nice beige head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of caramel, and so is the flavor, but here it leads to a fine bitter end.

Cask at County Hotel JDW, Ashford Reddish ruby colour, plenty of fruity malt with strawberries and raspberries and then bitter hops to balance. Good session beer, but the balance is not quite there but the fruit is nice.
