Cask at the foot of the walk... Copper... Small off white head... Soft sweet floral fruit nose... Bitter herbal fruits front... Soft toffee fruit.. Long soft bitter

On cask at the Alexander Graham Bell. Appearance - golden amber with a decent head. Nose - oranges with a hint of biscuit. Taste - oranges and biscuits confirmed. Palate - medium bodied with a big tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - a big challenging tangy beer.

Cask at the Willow Walk, JDW - London. Pours clear gold with a frothy white head. Light floral hops in the nose, faint citrus, pale bread. Medium sweet flavor with hints of cabbage, grass, ripening citrus fruits, lightly grainy pale bread. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sugary finish with simple pale malts, mild rindy and leafy bitterness, some ripe lemon, berries. So so.

Cask handpull Samuel Peto jdw Folkestone. Clear amber colour. Some Sheps yeast on aroma some toffee. English peppery hops on the end. Very easy drinking in mouth feeling. Good malt hop yeast mix. I like the peppery English hop finish.

Cask at the Hope Tap (JDW), Reading. Golden amber with a tight cream head; a touch of honey to the aroma; soft sweet grainy body with some well balanced hops giving a dry finish. Well balanced and very drinkable.

Cask at the Gig House Wokingham, with the wee guy from ABZshire, 07/03/15. Golden amber with a decent light beige cap, good lacing ensues. Nose is malt, toffee, dark fruit vibes, tangy berry, light spice. Taste comprises biscuit malt, nutty, caramel, faint citric elements, fruit loaf. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with light earthy hop notes. Solid enough ESB.

Cask at Gig House, Wokingham Spoons. It pours clear amber with a medium white head. The nose is soft, woody, biscuit, bitter-sweet, light citrus and spice. The taste is bitter-sweet, leather, light caramel, varnish, wood, lemon, grapefruit and biscuit with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty good by Sheps Neame standards. Solid.
