This classic American-style Pale Ale pours a deep golden color with a small white head. Malty biscuit aromas mingle with citrusy American hops in this refreshing beer. Moderate malt flavors of biscuit and caramel seamlessly meld with judicious amounts of fruity and citrusy American hops to attack your taste buds, with a firm hop bitterness that lingers long into the finish. Isaac is named after a Captain (Isaac Davis) who led the Acton Minutemen into the Battle of Lexington and Concord. During this battle he was the first officer to be killed in during the American Revolution.

Brewery draught, 8/12/26.
Bread, sweaty hop and toast all at once, with a bit more aroma than many of their beers. Very fruity on the finish.
Buttery with apple, sweaty moderately boiled hop and a lightly toasty, bready, buscuity texture. Sweeter up front but drying out. Despite the butter, apple, pepper, there's something compelling here. Or maybe it's just the throwback novelty.

Cask at GBBF 2023 - Day 1. Pours clear gold with a small, bubbly white head. Lightly sweet with some citrusy hops, dried pale malts, a little bitter pine needles. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Decent balance to finish, more citrus rind, piney impressions, lean pale malts. Fine.

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Light sweet pale malts. Sweet floral fruits, juicy ripe tangerine and mandarin. Light finish. Fresh and drinkalble if a tad dry.
