Tap. Lemon peel, coriander and malt aroma. Hazy yellow color with nice head. Dry, bitter lemon peel and dry hay flavor. Interesting - like an extremely dry witbier.

Draught at ZBF09. Coriander aroma. Cloudy dark yellow colour. Very small stable white head. The flavour has a good lemon flavour with clean lemon peel bitterness. Also a little light malt to balance. Well-balanced. 6 3 6 3 16

Bottle, 7%. BB 2010, 2.5 years ago. Sweetish caramelly aroma. Clear golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is yeasty with a quite rough bitter finish. Did not benefit from the years in my cellar.

Hazy, lemony colour. Fresh zesty aroma. Sharp citrus fades into an ultra dry hoppy finish.
