Pint @ The Corbett Arms, Uffington after a walk from Shrewsbury. Pours misty gold, creamy white head. Aroma is pale malts, bready. Taste is smooth, very light bitter territory with vague floral notes. Flavour fades considerably mid-way through. Good for a pint.

GBBF. Hazy gold beer, little white head. Bone dry palate. A little citrus and a whiff of sulphur. Over dry and sulphurous! Marvellous!

Cask, handpump at Shreswbury Folk Festival small bar whilst waiting for Vin Garbutt Friday 24th August 2012 It was very dark so the colour sort of passed me by however it certainly appeared paleish. Taste was light nuttiness with a buttery edge, hops were conspicuous only by their absence. Not very crisp, dry or refreshing, lacks a bitter edge. Ok A6 A3 T6 P2 Ov12 2.9

Four pints: cask, gravity pour at the local CAMRA AGM (Telford and East Shropshire ). Back room of The Fighting Cocks, Stotteston on Saturday 30th June 2012. Golden body, a light golden hue really: good lacing from a thin white head on each pour. Taste and aroma blended together nicely, floral hop feel to both with a dry bittering finish. This is an easy drinking session bitter and as it was free I really enjoyed my pints.
