Combined Harvest is a unique combination of brewing worts, or extracts from a variety of cereals. Most premium ales are brewed only using malted barley, but this multigrained beer has a unique multigrain blend of malted barley, oats, rye and wheat. Grainy tasting with a delightful floral start and finish.

Bottle at home. Pours a perfectly clear, light honey-brown with a fading head. Aroma holds some lightly tart fruits, lemon and cherries perhaps, with soggy, mixed malts. Flavor isn’t bad, not terribly exciting, mildly sweet with some faint tartness, bread, alcohol and light bitterness. Light to medium in body with average to lively carbonation. Crisp and clean to finish, light to medium sweet, more subtle booze. Nothing too wrong here, but nothing too right, either.

was surprised to see such a low rating for this, i thought it was a very enjoyable session style bitter. the color and aroma were both very pleasing, yes very expected, nothing too far out of the norm here, the taste is a nice balance of hops and malts with a buttery toasty taste in the back of the throat. very enjoyable indeed.

Bottled at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Pale amber, small head. Fruity nose with overripe fruits and ash. Sweet and fairly light bodied with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Bready malt and spicy hops. Mildly resiny bitterness.

Bottle 50 cl. Clear amber golden with a small off-white head. Sweet overripe fruit in the nose with some yeast as well. Medium body, sweet caramel notes and again yeast. Hardly any hoppiness in there. 070510

Bottle, 4.7% at KØ10. Clear amber colour. The flavour is fruity, slightly sweet. A bit sugary, actually.

Small yellow head on caramel- amber beer. Madeira, fruits, and even the nose betrays the use of "other grains", especially the oats. The madeirisation of the beer returns in the flavour. Strangely enough, the sample is well inside the bbdate. The beer has an huge wheat load in the mouth, is pretty sweet nonetheless, and has a parsley-like flavour. Nearly medium bodied, but ends watery. Bit too young for such aging signs, I wonder about the way it has been preserved at Stonemanor.
