Sampled @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Golden body with a big, foamy white head. A light fruity and spicy aroma. Flavor is light malty, some caramel, fruity, spicy and some bitterness. Not very exiting and not a typical witbier but nice enough for a thirst-quencher.

On tap at KØ-10. It’s a clear, golden beer with a big, dense, white head that leaves lacings. Pale malts and belgo-style fruityness on the nose. A bit boring, but pleasant anyway. The flavor has the same fruityness as the aroma, less maltyness but some sugar. A good hoppy flavor and bitterness too. Dry, fruity finish. Medium body, smooth and dry. A pleasant and quaffable one. Don’t think i’t spot on witbier though, not that it matters. 100507
