Boss Tweed is 9.3% of hazy swagger. So much swagger it’s been one of the Midwest’s highest-rated hazy double IPAs for 7 years and running! An unrestrained, must-try hazy brew bursting with citrusy hops and tropical peach, mango, and tangerine aromas.

A nice pilsner malt backbone with a touch of Vienna provides balance and a lingering sweetness on the back end with a hint of warming from the higher alcohol content.

473ml can. Murky, yellow-ish, brown-ish golden colour with small to average, frothy, fading, white head. Mosaic dominated, juicy, tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, notes of passion fruit and mango, hints of guava, papaya, some peach. Taste is intense, juicy, tropical fruity hoppy, again notes of passion fruit and mango, hints of guava, papaya, a tart-ish, fruit acidic and a peppery spicy touch as well, pulpy sweetness. Smooth, mushy texture, minimally sticky palate.

Canned 11/8, drunk 12/19/18. Heavy haze. Bronze-maize-golden. White head to ring. Smells very new englandy. Big yeast notes with mango and pineapple. Big honey malt...is this going to be sugary? No resin or booze at least. Butter? Latex? Paint? Wtf is that? Sweet and soft with something really weird going on here. Couldnt do more than a few sips. Off to drain you go.

473ml can. Murky orange juice like pour with a white head. Aroma of ripe citrus and tropical fruits, orange and mango, apricot. Taste is the same, very juicy, sweet, mango, orange, apricot, a little pithy, low bitterness. Medium-full body, soft carbonation. Another great juice bomb, this drank like a DIPA version of the M-43 I had before it, yet didn't taste any stronger - superb.

Can picked up from Beer Gonzo, Earlsdon, Coventry and consumed at home Sunday 16th December 2018 whilst cooking a Lamb Shanks with red wine and balsamic vinegar. Pours hazy gold, it's a murk monster with a white head, soft mouthfeel, passion fruit and lots of juicy green fresh hops, in fact a touch of hop burn. I have to say it's not my thing really. I accept it's a good beer for the style but I am stalled of this style, it's not really doing it for me. A7 A3 T7 P3 Ov14 3.4

Courtesy of Connor, can
Murky blond colour with generous fluffy head. Very nice aroma, tropical fruit, peach, touch of tangerine. Smooth mouthfeel, a bit chalky, there is some light residual sweetness, nice crackery malt base, followed by tropical hops.
Excellent.

16 oz. can, pours an opaque, milky yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of yeast, oats, and dry hopping. Flavour is somewhat dank, with lots of oats, yeast, and dank dry hopping. It certainly yeasty, but it works. Very good.

Opaque. Thin head. Weedy hop note, with a hint of pale malt. On the palate, light pale malt, with a yeasty note, and a nice brew.
