Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, brett, yeast, funk and hint of citrus. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long funky, brett, yeasty and citrus finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. Cotteridge. Drinking this 15 months after bottling. Light gold. Soft haze. Dense, rocky, lasting, bright white head. Nose has clean, lemony brett. Some white pepper. Hint of white grape and peach. Taste is soft, bready, yeasty sweet. Some dryness. Foamy mouthfeel. Bready, sweet finish, with a bretty tang on the close. Smells and looks good, but tails off a little thereafter.

500ml bottle courtesy of Rene. Hazy pale golden body with small fizzy head. Prominent yeasty aroma, saison , meadow, some pepper. Yeasty and savory spice come into play in the flavor, some citrus, and more Belgian funk.

500m shared at a tasting. Thick, unfiltered yellow tan. Creamy, thick, white head. Great mouthfeel, way above par for a US Saison. Some bubblegum. Not overly brett forward. Really solid beer.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt - fruity hops, light to moderate yeasty, leather - brett, saison yeast, fruity yeast - fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a short duration, fruity hops - fruity yeast, pale malt, fruity, saison yeast, light funky.
