Nice smell. Light body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes citric, herbal, peppery, thyme, very light flowers, grassy, wheatish, very light exotic fruits. Finishes rather bitter with notes of herbal, light flowers and some exotic fruits. Quite nice one, also quite bitter

Tap at the brewery. Hazy pale golden with white head. Lots of sweaty hops, lychee, light toasty notes, onion, dank lime peel, grassy, light dry malts. Light sweet and almost medium bitter. Under medium bodied with a bit dry feel. Nice hops.

Draft at L’Ermitage, Brussels. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of grassy hops, green weeds and soft citrus. Flavour is lightly moderate sweet and light moderate bitter. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Keg at the brewery. It pours lightly hazy yellow - gold with a small white head. The aroma is fresh, zingy lemon, lemongrass, lemon curd, grass and spice. The taste of firmly dry, crisp, bitter, wheat, grassy, lemon grass, peppery spice, minerals, straw and saltiness with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. A bit drying and spicy. Fine.

Pours cloudy yellow with a small, frothy, off-white head. Fresh aroma of peach, nectarine, frutiy yoghurt, lemon zest, lemongrass, green grass, flowers, soap even, wheat. It tastes light fruity sweet, hints of tropical fruit, nectarine & peach; wheaty sour back, a bit lemony; light to medium hoppy bitter, grassy & yeasty. Dry, grassy hoppy finish, lingering wheat, grapefruit-like bitter and spicy. Medium body, slick, 'soapy' texture, lively carbonation. Decidedly modern, something to be proud of...

Tap at Moeder Fontainas on 2018-07-09. Hazy milky-yellow color with fluffy white head. Aroma is fresh tropical fruits, grassy, biscuit, a bit dough. Taste is the same, milky yeasts on light grains with a lot of juicy hops. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation, a bit watery and grainy towards the back. Well-made and sessionable, but a bit too grainy overall.
