3/III/18 - on tap @ Moeder Lambic Foneinas (2018-231) Thanks to 77ships, kraddel and Travlr for sharing the Tilquin ticks!

Clear blond beer, solid creamy white head, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: super malty, some banana. MF: very lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: super malty, bit grassy, very bitter, dry. Aftertaste: bit metallic, malty, grassy, bit herbal, bitter, bit medicinal.

Pours medium clear blonde. Good, creamy white head, avg stability, much lacing. Smell is malty, aromatic pale malts. Not much hops, rather clean fermentation profile. Taste is full, aromatic pale malts, medium bitterness, mild spice hoppy character, bit grassy. Nicely aromatic. Very flavorfull. Lovely session beer.

On tap at Moeder Lambic pours a lightly hazy, straw yellow with some frothy, white head. Nose is pure with cracked malts, straw, yeast, a little biscuit dough. Flavor is actually better, grainy, gristy, light yeast, biscuit. Finishes dry. Super drinkable. Wonderfully simple.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Original. A hazy golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of grainy malt, mild sweet fruits. Taste of mild grainy malt, cereals, citrusy bitter hops.

Draft glass @ CML Fontainas. Hazy golden, big creamy white head. Nose is floral, crisp barn, white pepper, some BE soap. Taste is lively soap, graham crackers, white pepper, bit too BE soap but fair soapy white pepper & biscuit.
