On tap at Tip Tap Room, pours a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma is full of acetic notes, musty red grape skins, and oak. Flavour is surprisingly mellow compared to the almost abrasive taste; there’s soft grape skins, wild yeast, oak, maybe some THP (Cheerios) in the background. Seems a bit faded, but it is very drinkable and blended well. Decent but underwhelming given the ambition.

Earthy clay, floral & foxy wine grapes, muscadine sharp.
Dusty calcium, sweet n bittersharp leaning sweet. High acid white grape, a little foxy, earthy funky cider middle, more twangy & thin as it goes, floral finish.
Medium low carb, sizzling sharpness, last hit of candy tartness.
More interesting than good.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Giallo acido, abbastanza torbida, schiuma esile ed evanescente. Al naso note vinose e citriche, di frutta gialla e fiori bianchi, anche un leggero balsamico. In bocca è acida piuttosto morbida, di facile beva, forse un po' città ma gradevole. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione soft. Buona.
