Beer Witch: pours yellow. Aroma is woody and winy. Lightly citric. Slightly earthy. Not really tart. Slightly funky. Hood.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Giallo acido, abbastanza torbida, schiuma esile ed evanescente. Al naso note vinose e citriche, di frutta gialla e fiori bianchi, anche un leggero balsamico. In bocca è acida piuttosto morbida, di facile beva, forse un po' città ma gradevole. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione soft. Buona.
