A light golden premium cask lager brewed using only the finest quality of Stonehenge Spring Water, barley and light crystal malts, whole lager hops and lager yeast. The beer is fermented and “lagered” at low, controlled temperatures. This is a top quality beer without any brewing adjuncts at all. The result is a clean, crisp and refreshing Real Premium Lager with a nice bitter aftertaste that lingers on.

17th Sep 2017: cask pint in Ye Olde Fighting Cocks, Oakengates Shropshire. Looked like a Lager, except the white head stayed around for a while. Aroma like a Lager, so not much going on really. Tasted like a Lager without being over carbonated and 'fizzy'. Decent enough blend with the pale malts balancing the bittering hop content nicely.

Cask atg teh Rose & Crown, Sandhurst. A brilliantly clear pale straw pour with a ring of white head; grainy lagery aroma; sweet grainy lagery taste with a touch of honey; and a crisp grassy finish with a good bite. An excellent "real lager".

GBBF Day 2. Cask. Clear pale gold beer, no head. Palate is light and semi dry, fine crispness. Dry clean pale malts. Unsweet floralness. Mild citric peel. Traces of orange and spice. Light dry finish. Not that lager like but fine.
