500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours hazy golden yellow, big white head, high carbonation. Aromas of lemon and hay. Taste is more lemon. Bit one-dimensional, but passable.

Hand-pulled half-pint before the Carol singing in the Crown Inn, Oakengates on 21st Dec 13. Came a hazy yellow/golden colour with a full head of white bubbles on top. Lemon Meringue Pie: I couldn’t get the idea this had the smell and taste of a liquid Lemon Meringue Pie out of my head, it’s all my notes say and I can remember the beer very well. Nothing else to add really, it was fine!

500ml bottle from Beer Hawk - Hazy golden body, quick to go pillowy white head. Nose of citrus, grapefruit hops, and a bit grassy. A bit thin on the body, but a bitterness carries this all the way through to the finish. Not bad, very refreshing.

A spicy effort, but it has a really excellent body that makes this a very drinkable ale.

Cask@GBBF 2009 Golden color, small white head. Crisp, cat pee - lemony hoppy aroma. Quite watery. Light lemony hops with light caramel in the background. Kind of refreshing, good summer heat drink.
