Run Through A Field Of Wheat is a hoppy wheat IPA. The beer is slightly cloudy, pale blond and has an alcohol percentage of 6%. The typical full taste of wheat beers is combined with a mild bitterness of 35 IBU. The aroma is spicy / hoppy due to the combination of the typical wheat flavour and the floral citrus character of the hops that are used.

Hazy yellow colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have a pleasant wheatiness. Although dry and bitter it misses a few brighter, fresh hop notes.

Bottle from Dranken Geers, Oostakker. Pours hazy ochre with a lasting, small, unstable, frothy, white head. Aroma of wheat, lemon zest, orange peel, white bread, clove, banana peel, yellow apple, pepper. Taste is light fruity sweet, notes of apple, pear & faint (unripe) banana, lemony & wheaty sour accents added to that but not making it soapy; only light spicy bitter with pepper, clove & faint coriander, not outspoken, constantly bready & yeasty. Dryish, grassy hoppy finish, bit floral, lingering wheat, spices, yellow fruit. Medium body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Manages to avoid the explicit Belgian clichés, so a decent Wheat Ale.

Hazy yellow colour, white foam. Citrussy, hints of wheat, refreshing, easy dirnkable. Nice hybride between wheat ale and IPA.
