From tap at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016. Aroma is sour fruits, citrus, grapefruit, tropical notes. Flavour is above moderate sour. Body is light. Very easily drinkable and enjoyable light sour beer.

[ As Sahtipaja Drei Hopped C3 ].Clear light yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, citrus, hops, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, pale malt, hops, grass, citrus, mineraæs. Sample at Borefts 2016. Poured a clear lemon colour with a round white frothy head. The aroma is big lemon lime citrus. The flavour is acid citrus with a light crisp fruity yeast acid palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

At BBF, palish yellow color, fruity slightly herbal aroma, lots of pear, flavor of pear and wood, some apples and just a hint of minerals, mellow sourness, spritsy carbonation. Nice blending of ciderness, sourness and hops.
