Tall can from Elizabeth Station shared with wife. Pours a hazy amber with a slightly tan huge head. Aroma is caramel, biscuit malt, some candied citrus notes. Taste is similar with some slight smokey notes and a little bit dirty piney bitterness aftertaste. Not bad.

Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub. Clear orange to light amber color, medium sized white to off-white head that lasts for quite a while. Aroma and flavor both have malts, hops, sort of fruity but not the fruitiness I prefer, it reminds me of orange, orangepeel and apricot. Possibly brett as well. Meh.

Deep copper orange with a white head. Tropical fruits, pine, light oak, caramel malt. Medium body. Medium dry finish with a bitter edge. Starts with loads of promise but continually falls off. Nice overal.

Pours a hazy copper-orange with middling, lasting head. Aroma is marked by spruce-pine hoppiness and a big helping of tropical fruit. Flavor is very bright and fruity. Nice balance of some sweetness with the citrus and tropical fruit favors. Really good IPA. On tap at Bridgewater Bistro in Astoria, OR.

Draft at GBBF 2013, day 4 - London. Pours clear gold with a bubbly white head. The nose has a bit of melon, grapefruit. Medium sweet flavor with notes of booze, pine needles, melon, white bread. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes sweetly, with moderate alcohol warmth, light dried citrus, pine, more melon. OK.

Poured from a can dated 04/01/2015. Aroma is fairly hoppy with a strong Northwest hop character. Lots of grapefruit and pine resin. Light, pale malt notes. Some light fruit esters. Pours a slightly cloudy, pale yellow gold with a small, thin, white head that recedes to a thin film where it lingers. Moderate lacing and medium length legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with a moderate, pale malt note. Medium light cracker and biscuit notes. Moderate hop notes of a pine resin and grapefruit. Medium bitterness with a fairly dry finish. Some light stone fruit esters. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, an alright beer. Lots of classic Northwest hop character with a dry, pale malt character. Rather bitter, but not over the top.

Draft pour at Frankies pizza. Pours a cloudy copper color worth a thin bubbly head. This beer tastes sweet and fruity right away. Tropical in my opinion. Maybe a little too sweet. I feel like it’s missing the boldness I love about IPAs, but this is pretty good either way. Quite refreshing. Good stuff.
