Poured from a 2017 vintage 375 ml bottle. Aroma is rather nice with quite a bit of lemon rind, earthy, musty funk, light herbal notes and oak. Faint stone fruit tannin notes. Pours a fairly clear, gold color with a very large, frothy, white head that recedes rather quickly to a small, thin film that lingers for a bit. No lacing or legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with a medium light acidity. Light grain notes with moderate musty, earthy funk. Light bitterness with a light herbal phenolic note. Light lemon rind, pineapple and stone fruit tannins with light oak notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer. A bit simple but also subtle acidity which is nice. Good mustiness and lemon notes.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of funk, wood, and brettanomyces. The flavor is sour with notes of funk, brettanomyces, wood, and malt, leading to a tart finish.

2017 bottle, kudos to Jef via local EU swap. Med-thin body, high carbonation. Assertive classic lambic funk. Barnyard, hay, touch of acetic. Moderate sourness, well balanced though. Very good, very easy drinking, refreshing.

0.375 l bottle from 'Etre Gourmet', bottled in November 2017, cellared for over a year. A little hazy, golden amber with a thin, slightly fluffy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sourish-fruity, fairly funky aroma of lemon, rhubarb, horse blanket, some oak and a touch of leather. Minimally sweet, quite sour, rather fruity and fairly funky taste of lemon, rhubarb, horse blanket, oak, some gooseberry and hints of leather, followed by a medium long, rather tart, woody-dry and funky finish. Medium body, quite astringent, spritzy and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Extremely refreshing and fruity Gueuze, quite sour but not too much so, good!
