Clear very pale yellow beer, small aery white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: bit soapy, floral, some citrus, sweet touch, fruity, peaches, apricots. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty sourish start, bit soapy, saline touch. Aftertaste: bit sourish, some tannins, little bitter. Could use some more hops. Maybe my hop threshold is pretty high because of today's beers. ;-)

Tap. Hazy, nearly transparent yellow color with white head. Aroma is maracuja and mango, light and fresh. Taste is the same, light-bodied, a little carbonation. Ok, but a bit boring.

THANKS for sharing RB people! Sampled draft @ In De Wildeman during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016! Hazy citrus, little white head. Nose is mellow sour yoghurt, vague citrus, lactic & some flowers. Taste is weak citrus, low fat yoghurt & the liquid that floats on top of it, dull & weak at best with spoiled lemon notes. Watery low fat yoghurt. Weak and not that tasty, not much of a fan.

Sampled from tap at ’In de Wildeman’ during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016. Slightly hazy, straw yellow with a white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish-fruity aroma of lemon, elderflower and some woodruff. Sourish-fruity taste of lemon, elderflower and some woodruff, followed by a short, moderately tart finish. Thin to medium body, moderately astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

On tap at Carnivale Brettanomyces ’16. At In de Wildeman. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of lemon, light funky, hoppy, some elderflower. Flavour is light bitter, elderflower, lemon, light funk, hops, citrus, melon, refreshing but light sourness. Light bodied, mellow. Nice.

Draft at brett fest. Fuzzy yellow pour. Aroma of wheat and citrus. Taste has soft sour citrus, wheat and lychee. Bit watery, but allright.
