Bottle. Hazy yellow and small white head. Aroma was yeast, citrus and spice. Flavor was rather flat with some yeast and a little spice. Thin watery palate. Just not all that impressive.

12oz bottle. Pored a light color. Aroma was light coriander, light bubble gum and yeast. Very basic, straightforward wit taste. Coriander and a little bit of spiciness from wheat. Medium to mild carbonation. This is a seasonal and I may have had this one out of it’s prime. That being said, still a good beer. I will buy next summer to re- sample.

Pours hazy pale apricot into a tumbler. Bright white head with good retention recedes to coat surface. Lemon muffin and yeast aromas. Thin with upfront poppy seed turning slightly sour in the lasting yeast finish.

Tap at Rattle n Hum. Pours a cloudy gold, with a medium white head. Plenty of wheat and yeast in the aroma. Lightly sweet aroma, with some bread and yeast. Perhaps flavor is a bit thin, but just a bit. Finishes with some moderate sweetness, light banana and malt, plus some refreshing wheat character. Not bad at all for the style.

Sampled from bottle, Glunz Beer Expo, April ’10. Does have a basic wit smell, which doesn’t always show in a bottled version (sometimes, it gives me an impression of chlorine, but not here). Cloudy yellow color, almost white in the middle. A ring of foam around the sides. Very basic, straightforward wit taste. Coriander and a little bit of spiciness from wheat. I get just a touch of citrus instead of specific orange. Goes down very easily. A light session summer beer, a bit of a change from a brewer known for more extreme style.

Purchased on my trip to Nashville. Pours a cloudy golden-yellow colour with a creamy white cap that adds some thick wavy lacing. Big witbier yeast aroma with lots of wheat and notes of citrus and spices. At the last pour, the colour becomes very cloudy and orange. The orange is definitely present in the taste as well, with the yeast and wheat. A pretty good representation of the style, just lacking a bit in the taste.

Pours a hazy but bright yellow/orange. Aroma of citrus and corriander. tastes is yeasty, and spicy, with plantain. Its dry and slighty bitter and since i called in to work today anything is tasting pretty darn good.

Bottle. Straw colored beer with a cream colored head. Spice and orange aroma with wheat. Wheat and yeast flavor with spice and light orange. Medium bodied. Easy drinking. Wheat and yeast lingers with spice, light earth, and light fruitiness.

Bottled at Sorbon, Bromma, Stockholm. Hazy pale yellow, rich dense had. Juicy citrus ad coriander aroma. Sweet with light-medium body. Intensely juicy where the flavour turns more into pineapple and mango than citrus. One lovely and interesting flavour, but not much complexity and lacking elegance and drinkability. A good but bold very American rendition of the style.
