Gebraut nach klassischer Pilsener Art, erhält unser Edel Pils durch eine zweite feine Hopfung mit Aromahopfen seine einzigartige Veredelung. Das Ergebnis ist ein gold-schimmerndes Bier mit leichtem, weißem Schaum, welches durch seinen feinhopfigen, mild-frischen Pils-Geschmack überzeugt.

Clean, light golden-yellow colour with a frothy white cap, good stay and some nice, thick creamyish lacing. Some good maltiness in the nose with a yeasty touch, some fresh herbal hoppiness and a tad spiciness. Kind of a silky mouthfeel with soft dryness in the end. Fresh hops in the taste, herbal again, over the cereal malts. Quite a refreshing, nicely hopped Pils with a nice blend of maltiness.

This Pils poured a slightly hazy, light yellow colour with a bright white, creamy head. Nice lacing. Scents include corn, cooked veggies, honey, and a little straw. First swig was crisp and clean with flavours of malt, corn, light hops and a little must. Finish is mildly hoppy bitter with corn flavours lingering.

Clear golden with a creamy head. Grain, malt, grass, metallic notes. Dry bitterness. Medium to light bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry bitter finish. A very solid Pilsner that goes down very well!

Arômes de pain bien frais avec en sourdine des traces de DMS. Dorée et bien limpide, couverte d’une mousse abondante et persistante. En bouche, le DMS revient encore mais quand même s’apprécier des notes de biscuit, des houblons herbacés ainsi que de légers accents miellés. Une légère amertume herbacée s’installe en fin de bouche et s'entremêle avec de petits accents terreux et un léger malté sucré. Sans cet agaçant défaut de DMS elle serait peut-être acceptable. Clear golden.Aroma is noble hops some herbal grassy notes overall beer flavour. Taste is herbal grass with not much malty sweetness, also some butter notes. Pretty rough and with some of the weird lager flavours. Ok.
