15th Sep 2016: hand-pulled pint in The Station, Oakengates Shropshire. Golden bodied, white headed, citrus leanings over a floral ester or two. An easy drinking session ale with subtle flavours leading to a semi-dry finish.

Typical representative of the relatively new ’golden’ style of English ales, with a bit skunky aroma (hay, sulphur), grassy and flowery hops, apple; smooth, malt sweetish taste, bit sourish, hay-like accent, mild herbal hoppiness in the finish.
