Couleur orangée, col fin crémeux blanc-cassé peu tenace.
Arôme de suite une belle place fruitée sur ls framboises, sympa après plus de cinq ans. Effdet framboise fraichement récoltées, arbuste fleuri/framboisier et verger. Notes de céréales (versant presque sur un effluve chocolaté) avec une finalité herbacée en rétro-nasal.
Palais est moins complexe que la version 'gueuze', fruité framboise bien présent, acidulé/râpeux en bouche, grinçant aux dents - effet suprise moins que sur une Hommage

Pours dark purple. No head. Scent is intense raspberry puree. Taste is full, raspberry, bit tannic (stems). Medium acetic, but mostly in aroma, not overly acidic. Very fruit forward, hiding most of the lambic funk and wood. Decent, but again to much vinegar to me.

Bottle. Pours unclear pinkish orange, small fizzy head, minimal lacing. Aroma is barnyard, funk, horse blanket, raspberry. Flavor is medium tart, medium funk. Light body.

Bottle. F1, no.11, 21/22. Clear orangey red. Barnyard, raspberry jam, leather note, oak, sour, a bit sharp, bit of fruity sweetness notes, mild carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Great.

Strong carbonation, sour, tart and dry, red raspberries, woody and a bit funky. Raspberries are delicious but man this is acidic, shoulda stayed in the bottle for a couple more years maybe but very nice.

Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sour raspberries, grass, mild vinegar, minerals, hay, oak, berry skin, flowers, fruit salt, bark. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

Bottle at Zum Franziskaner. (Blend°18, season 20/21) Reddish/orange with a small head. Tart with raspberry, funk, lemon and oak. Soft carbonation. Elegant and very drinkable.

Bottle split at L6 tasting, thanks to LKS, 02/03/23. Murky cherry red to light amber topped with a faded crimson swirl. Nose is tangy berry fruits, funk, berry pips, tarte raspberries, damp hay. Taste comprises mixed berry fruit yoghurt, straw, damp oak, barnyard bite, funk, raspberries. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light acidic throat scrape. Solid.
