375 mL bottle poured, 2019 vintage. Slight reddish tint to an otherwise gently cloudy golden orange pour. Plenty of funk, distinct raspberry nose with plenty of tart indication. All tart with the raspberries, and it feels far from being overdone. First thought was an aggressive sour, but this was more gentle on the palate as it went. Funky, unique. Always a treat to enjoy one of these.

Bottle shared at the Columbus tasting. 2023-03-02. Many thanks to Leighton. A hazed plumy red coloured pour with a fine reddish head. Aroma is lovely jammy strawberry, raspberry chews, tart funk, leafy stalks. Flavour is composed of prickly strawberry, tangy raspberry citric, semi sweet, Palate is semi sweet, prickly, tart, highish carbonation. Really nice.

Bottle shared in London - sourced from 3F online. Pours lightly unclear dull red with a small, creamy off-white head. Lovely aroma. Light sweet flavour, sturdy acidity, tart berries, light funk, but of salt, sweat. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Quenching finish, more bright and tart berries, sturdy funk, oak, raspberry. Great stuff.

Bottle (2020 vintage) at the latest DC Ratebeer tasting. Poured a medium red color, perhaps more on the pink side of things with a light pink head. Aroma was light raspberries, perhaps a bit light on that front, but the mild funkiness makes up for it a bit.

Bottle, 750 ml shared with Miro B and JFK10000. Season 19|20 Blend No. 22. Hazy red with small white head. Lots of fruit, berries, wood, but also quite acetic. Almost unpleasant.

750mL bottled 10/11/2021, drunk 1/1/23. Clear raspberry-cherry red, pink head to ring immediately. Juicy, rich raspberry as the beer is pouring. Big brett and light-to-moderate lactic acidity with juicy raspberry. Some wheat nuttiness/blandness with no sweetness suggested. Clean, not super funky, though the brett gives a bit of horseblanket. Hmmm, like the rabarber, it's painfully thin in texture. I guess this happens when it's not backblended with young lambic. Just too attenuated here and it's horribly thin and watery. Flavors are true and authentic and there's no acetic acid, moderate lactic and moderate Brett. But very, very little texture here, nothing comforting, not malty/wheaty. Not sure what the advantages of not adding young lambic are? I guess you get the terroir of one single barrel, but it's not worth how incredibly thin it comes out as a result, in my opinion.

Bottle 0,375 assemblage 33, purchased at White Whale in Warsaw, consumed in Serbia. Cloudy amber bright pour with yellowish highlights, gassy foam dissipating quickly. Nose: essence of raspberries, lovely,, powerful. Fruity, tart, round. Mouth is quite sour, sharp, fruity, long finish. Crazy lovely.

375ml bottle pours a translucent, rosy pink with some pinkish bubbles of head. Plenty of carb. Nose has flowers and raspberries, plenty of funk and some citrus too. Flavor is a bit more fruit forward, pale grist, neutral barrel, light medicine cabinet. Finishes high carb, medium acid but quickly too.
