Vores unikke og nyskabende hø-øl. Kaldet syrlig vildskab – vilde tanker, syrligt øl.

Bottled. Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is sour wood, some lactic acid, mild berries. Flavour is kind of salty with some lemongrass, berries, yeast and mild sourness. Strange.

Backlog January 2017. Unclear pale golden body under a small white head. Aroma is light fruity with a rustic farmhouse hint. Quite pleasant when sniffing a little while to get use to it. Taste has mild pale malt, hint of fruit and some acidity. Fine body and same aftertaste. A bit unusually but quite pleasant without feeling really great.
