Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from the Time & Tide webshop. Pours clear gold with a thin, foamy white head. Nice aroma, some lemon, light funk, pale wood. Light sweet flavour with lemony tartness, dried wheat, grassy bitterness, mellow acidity, woody dryness. Light to medium bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Tart finish, more pale wood, berry accents, a grass, straw, mild alcohol. So so overall.

On tap at The Ravensgate Arms Ramsgate. Hazy orange amber colour lasting cream head. Some barrel ageing no doubt. Red wine fruits. Pinot noir so raspberry and strawberry flavour. Its a pleasant saison sour sweet barrel red wine blend. Pretty good. I liked it. Complex. Excellent

@ BXLfest 2017.

Tap at BXL festival. Slight hazy light golden with small white head. Soft Brett, dank grassy hops, milky yeast, soft spices and sweet malts. Not much wine though, but there’s some tannins in here. Light sweet and over medium bitter. Under medium bodied.
