Draught @ CBC. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of light malt, yeast, brett, fruity hops, peach, wood, wine grapes. Flavor is light sour, light bitter, malt, bretty, wood, rich fruity, berries, white wine grapes. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter and ligh acidic finish. 130516

Fat på CBC-16. Söt fruktig smakbild med päron, päronsplit, gula krusbär samtidigt frisk och syrlig, krusbär, brett, fat, sött vin. Komplex och smakerna funkar riktigt bra ihop. Riktigt gott.

Draught sample at CBC 2016, Blue session. Hazy, amber-golden colour with a thin, white head. Fruity aroma with gooseberries, bretts, yeasts, spices, peppers and sweet, white wine. Taste is lightly sour. Finishes dry and tart. Lovely.
