Hazy gold beer, thin white head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has a fine minerally crispness. Tart and juicy gooseberry. Tangy fruits on the back end. I think the barrelling has kept the tartness under control but other than that, not getting much barrel action. Light crisp finish. Nicely done. Fruity tart but not acid.

Keg at the Beavertown 4th birthday event. It pours hazy gold with a medium white head. The aroma is rich, earthy, funky brett, lactic, gooseberry, grape must and some creaminess. The taste is crisp, bitter, sour, white grape, gooseberry, earthy brett action, farmhouse bread, vinous, mild acidity, sherbet and good mouth-pucker with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Interesting and well-balanced. Good work.
