On cask at Three Tuns, Dronfield - Pale straw coloured body, thin white head. Nose is floral, with a hint of spicy citrus. Taste just doesn’t do it for me, very metallic and grassy at the same time. Leaves a nasty finish too. Wish it tasted as good as it looked and smelled.

Cask at the Evening Star, Brighton on 2nd January 2012. Hazy gold with thin bubbly head and no lace. Grassy hop fronts aroma and main taste. Intensely grassy hoppiness in-mouth along with some floral notes. Touch of lemony citricity. Fruity, floral and grassy blend continues to an enjoyable finish, on a light mouthfeel and body.

Cask at The Talbot, Ripley, Derbyshire, 08-07-10 Pours lemony gold in colour with a thin white rim of bubbles, some lemony perfume on nose, v slight haze. Good tangy beer, hoppy with a nice lemony fresh taste, lacks a little body but its a damn fine beer. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4

I was curious to see what my #500 rating would be. the lucky one was this at the brewer. Pale golden color with a small white head. Aroma and taste dominated by amarillo hops. Some bread and malt note s in the background. The dry hopped version we had at the Harlequin was even better. So this is their average score.

Cask handpull at the brewery. This was just the regular version. Pale gold, lasting white head. Chinook-y on aroma. Good solid golden ale. Very drinkable. Good after the long walk down to here out of the centre of town carrying a big bag of beer. Decent enough.

Cask @ the Harlequin, Sheffield. Plums and hay in the aroma. Some nutty bitterness in the flavor. Nice enough.
