Cask at London & North Western, Birmingham. Clear amber, small beige head, ok lacing. Its malty with some caramel, apple, grassiness and spice. Moderately bitter with a nice stone fruit and malt finish. Smooth and goes down well. Very good bitter.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 7th May 2024. Coppery amber with shallow foam and scant lacing. Pungent aroma. Leafy hops, overripe fruits and sweet malts in-mouth, and a finish of sweet orchard fruits. Smooth mouthfeel and a full body.
