Cask: Poured a dark amber with a creamy beige head. Aroma is rich malty. Taste is rich malty, caramel, bitter.

Dark red beer, filmy head. Smell is malty and fruity. Not a huge amount else.... apple, berries, dry malt. Basic but nice.

Cask @ White Lady, Edinburgh. Dark red, no head. Has a light soapy sweet nose and a relatively smooth texture. There’s a mild darker fruit sweetness in its taste.

Cask (Bow Bar, Edinburgh) - Dark brown with red tinges. Notes of raisins and caramel in the aroma. The taste is fruity, malty and slightly sweet taste.

Cask at The Golf Tavern. Clear ruby body with a beige head. No lacing. Aroma of nuts, wood and plum. Mild, balanced flavour - fig, nuts, toffee and lightly roasted malt. Thin body with an oily texture. A soft, subtle beer. Nice.

Aroma is an appealing maltiness, has a great solid head and a nice dark amber body. Very sweet malt flavour. A great balanced beer.
