Bottle shared in London - many thanks to Fergus. Pours clear honey-gold with a creamy, white head. Juicy dank hop aroma, nice lemon, pine, melon, mango. Medium sweet flavour with decent alcohol kick, some zesty lemon, pine, a little sweat, orange, pale bready, white grape. Full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Warming finish, lightly resinous, with more citrus, rind, pale bread, grapefruit. Punchy stuff.

Bottle split at Islo thanks to Fergus, 21/04/16. Clear golden with a decent off White cap. Nose is orange pith, Mandarin, apricot, light pine, toasted malt. Taste comprises juicy citric peel, tropical boost jus, grapefruit, pine, rising alcohol. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent DIPA but there are much better offerings these days.

Bottle from The Beerhive. Hazy golden body with a thick off-white head. Steady carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of pine, smoked cheese, green pepper and herbs. Flavour of marmalade, candy, peppery spice, earth and a hot finish. Medium body with a sticky mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Improved as it went on but it’s not as punchy or drinkable as my favourite DIPAs.

Bottle. Nose is mango, ripe melon, lychee, orange, hints of pineapple, waft of pine and a little mint. Very appealling. Taste is like a dry, bitter, tropical punch; mango, lychee, peach, orange, honey, hints of caramel, hints of pineapple leading to a bitter resin and pine, with a herbal, mint note in the dry finish. There is a warming honey and alcohol note to the body. This is a delicious DIPA.

Bottle from Eebria, consumed at home Thursday 14th April 2016 Pours gold with a white head, with a nice slick like consistency. Big punchy DIPA, sweetness at first, but there is a dry end. Hold this in your mouth for a while it’s a monster, an absolute monster, I love this it’s like sweet sliced citrus, mainly lemon and pink grapefruit. Aroma is good but when all is told it let’s the side down. It’s a great beer. A6 A4 T9 P5 Ov18 4.2

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - hazy golden with a lovely fluffy head. Nose - overripe melon or maybe papaya. Something tobacco. Taste - ripe apricots all the way. Hop resin and some minerals kick in too. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - lovely beer!
