Opens with a big boom. Soft gusher turning into a neverending fountain. Big fizzy-creamy longlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry mineraly, weeds, minerals, bark, alcohol, burnt caramel, licorice, grass, mold, old cellar, paper. Taste is dry mineraly, weeds, minerals, bark, licorice, alcohol, mold, old cellar, soil, paper, burnt toast. Medium bitterness, harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Meh!

Draught @ Ølfestival København as ”Bøgedal Nr. 0281”
Aroma is rather light with sourness and distant licorice notes. A bit thin and watery palate. Flavour is bitter in a harsh way with some licorice and hints of solvent. A bit contaminated and not good.
