Panda thanks to Cloin: Poured a red maroon with a pinkish white head. Aroma is fruity, raspberry, seedy, acidic, woodsy, oak. Taste is tangy tartness, fruity, raspberry, seeds, woodsy, mellows a bit but you can still get a bit of sourness in the finish.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Bright red-purple colour, thin pink foam head and aroma of raspberry, sour fruit, funk. Taste is tart, sour, raspberry, berry fruity, lemon rind, with alittle biscuity hint and drying acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry sour berries finish. Nicely drinkable.

23/4/2025. Bottle shared by Colin, cheers. Pours clear deep raspberry red maroon with a short lasting off-white head. Aroma is funky, tart raspberry, touch woody. Acidic tart taste. Tannic, slightly salty. Moderate body, light spritzy carbonation. Long drying tart sour finish with some jammy sweetness. Enjoyable.

Aus der Flasche im 2024-10 getrunken. Dieses Himbeer Ale kommt mit einer kräftigen Säure aber auch mit einem wunderbaren Himbeeraroma daher. Ein tolles Sour Ale!

Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from the brewery webshop. Pours clear, dim red with a fizzy light pink head that recedes immediately. From the first sip, I can tell this will not be pleasant. It’s battery acid. Sharp to the point of pain. You can literally feel the beer land in your stomach and start messing with the pH. The flavours? Somewhat immaterial, but yes there are berry notes, along with lemon juice and freshly eroded battery acid. Light to medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. The finish is harsh and unappealing, it’s wildly acidic, there is only an inkling of raspberry poking through. It burns the throat, it hurts the stomach. Cloudwater is an absolute menace when it comes to brewing sour beer. I grow weary.

Deep red colour with quickly fizzed out head. Aroma and flavour have cherry and raspberry. Taste also has something of strawberrry sour sweets. Tangy.
