Sample from 75 cl. bottle. Dark amber colour with a reddish tint. Thin, off-white head. Fruity aroma with yeasts, tart cherries, bretts and a wooden note. Taste is light sour. Medium body with a creamy texture. Finishes dry with tart cherries. Neat.

Bottle shared in London - big thanks to Kenneth. Pours lightly hazy red-brown with a frothy, tan head. The nose has nice leathery cherries, subtle funk, nips of aceto. Light to medium sweet flavor, a lot of woody tang, some juicy berries and cherries, bitter cherry pits. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Moderate tangy berries to finish, some bitter earth, tannic grape skins, ripe cherries. So so.

Bottle via Kenny. It pours cloudy deep red with a small white head. The nose is tart berry, lactic, acidic, fresh lemon, berry yoghurt, wood and toasty coconut. The taste is tart, cherry skin, earth, lemonade, faint jam, wood, Granny Smith apple and vinous notes with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Pretty easy going. Well rounded.
