On tap at Jopen Proeflokaal Waarderpolder. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of Brett, light funky, wood, light lemony tartness, light malty. Flavour is light sweet, malty, some grain, light Brett funk, wood, lemon, light floral, woody bitter and light tart finish. Light to medium bodied. Tasty.

Very hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is vinous, white wine, oak barrel, light brett funk, saison yeast, citrus and tart light fruits. Flavour is light to moderate sweet, bitter and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. [24-07-2016]

Tap @ Arendsnest, sample size. Clear deep golden color. White head, not much. Aroma’s of brett-funk, light sweet. Retronasal there’s brett-funk, light sourness and sweetness. Interesting, and fortunately for me, the brett-funk all but disappears after a while. Flavor is moderate sour, moderate bitter. Medium bodied. Finishes slightly dry, moderate bitter. Not too bad after all...

Sampled from tap at the brewpub, shared with markoijelena. Slightly hazy, golden amber with a white head. Sourish-fruity, a little funky aroma of lemon peel, gooseberry, some grass and oak. Sourish-fruity, slightly funky taste of lemon peel, gooseberry, white grapes, oak and some grass, followed by a short, slightly bitter, moderately tart and quite dry finish. Thin to medium body, a little spritzy and slightly astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!
