A bright amber beer with a thick and full-bodied head. Its scent contains notes of cereals and sweet biscuits, accompanied by light nuances of citrus fruits in the background which, as the beer becomes warmer, turn into nuts and white chocolate. A continuous evolution to the very last sip. Its taste has a striking sweetness accompanied, again, by notes of nuts and biscuits, as well as ripe fruit, vanilla and citrus fruits, which round up its complexity.

Bottle at Craft Beer Co tasting, thanks to Leighton. It pours clear amber, with a thin beige head. The nose is dough, sugary sweetness, chewy caramel, spice and sour malt. The taste is spice, brown bread, sweet dough, icing sugar, alcohol warmth, sherbet and candied peel. Medium body, spritzy carbonation and velvety mouth-feel. Ok, but not really my sort of thing at all.

Bottle shared at the Craft Beer Co., London - your welcome, fellas. A bit of a gusher, this one. Pours clear, bright gold with a small, white cream head. Rich and malty nose, light toast, yeast, caramel. Medium to big sweet flavor, fruity toffee, cherries, dates, some lightly toasted dough. Medium bodied with high, massaging carbonation. Moderate warmth to finish with light yeast, toasty bread, toffee, fruits, golden raisins. Nice enough.

Sampled from bottle at Italian Beer Tasting @ Cafe Buitenlust, Oirschot. Smells too much like an amber beer and a little too much alcohol in the aroma as well. Pretty sweet taste.

In colour and smell this is quite a good beer, though it smells a bit alcoholic. The beer was lacking a bit in taste.

Bottle: Poured a lightly hazy dark copper color ale with a nice foamy head with good retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of candi sugar with notes of fruity ester and light warming alcohol. Taste is also a mix between some heavy Belgian malt with lots of candi sugar and some fruity ester. Sweetness is maybe a bit too much overwhelming but enjoyable nonetheless. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting too sweet for my taste.

Cloudy orange brown beer. Soft and semi dry palate. Sweetish beer. Some marmaldey sweet orange followed by a little brandy alcohol dry sweetness. Crisp dry finish. Very drinkable and a good take on the Belgian style.

Bottle as al-iksir. From Pizza Port Bottle Shop. Pours hazy orange gold. Foamy light beige head. Aroma is herby - cardamom? Med body. Fairly fruity - citrus/cherry mix? Slightly sweet, followed by bitter and light astringency. A peppery spice bite on the edges of the tongue. Complex it is.
