Flaska från Beeratenu, Jerusalem. En ganska degigt jästig dubbelbock, rå maltsötma, sötmurrig, småkakor och trä. Drickbar men knappt ok.

Draught at the brewpub. Light brown. Strong, sweet and slightly toasty. Simple caramel palate, with a thick body. Could be tough to pint this.

Bottle brought by Michael Rosenow. Enjoying together with some Taybeh brews. Beer for peace! This pours dark, with bubbly amber foam. Slightly sugary malt smell. The taste turns out to be quite complex. A little spicy, some plum to it, some sour. Spice could be from any wheat malt.I also finish with notes of black pepper, anise and toffee.
