7th August 2008. On tap at GBBF. Soft and fruity. A slightly hoppy finish. Unremarkable but quite tasty.

Amber with a firm off-white head. Bready malt aroma with subtle grassy and citrus hops. Dry but rich bready malt flavour with a firm hoppy bitterness

Cask @ GBBF 2008. Pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Has a slightly roasted malty aroma with some grassy hoppy hints. Slightly roasted malty caramel flavor with some hoppy hints. Has a sweetish malty caramel finish with some hoppy hints in the aftertaste.

Cask (gravity) @ Great British Beer Festival, GBBF 2008, Earls Court, London, England SW5.Clear light to medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, roasted notes, sour malt notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (070808)

Cask at GBBF08. Almost clear amber colour. Small stable frothy head. No aroma, but the flavour is OK. Good malt body with some grassy hops, slightly biting. A little dust in the finish along with a clean bitterness.

Cask at the GBBF 2008. Deep golden colour. Strong aroma of fruity American hops, some oaky and winey notes too. Reasonably hoppy flavour, nice beer.

Cask at GBBF 08. Hazy pale chestnut colour, thin beige head. Bit of puke on the aroma. A german alt/dunkel I’m guessing? It’s ok, settles down a bit, got a bit of grapefruit hop. It’s ok... it is just not interesting, well it is interesting as it’s a US brewery doing a German style. Bit safe maybe.

Cask@GBBF2008. Amber colour, small head. Aroma is hops, mild wood and some vanilla along with some fruits. Flavour is hops, grass, some wood and mild alcohol. Wooden and dry aftertaste.

Clear amber with medium off white head. Sweet malty aroma with caramel notes. Sweet fruity flavor with floral hops, caramel and toasted malt. Ends mild bitter.

on tap-pours a thin offwhite head that laces with hazy amber/orange color. Aroma is medium malt with some huskiness, secondary/faint continental-earthy/herbal hops. Taste is medium malt with some huskiness, secondary/faint continental-earthy/herbal hops, some light fruit. Semi-dry. OK/mild carbonation.
