A true English bitter with a bold aroma and a brave heart. Inspired by the great warriors of English history, Valiant is made with English malt and citrussy hops. The result is a subtly hoppy, zesty flavour with a clean, robust finish.

Cask at the Old Watling, Mansion House, London. Golden with a white head and a fruity aroma; clean sharp bitter taste, with a slightly citric finish. Pleasant, but not exciting.

Half on cask. Amber body with nice clarity, but no head. Dark fruity aroma. The flavour has got a malty foundation with dried fruit behind combined with spicy notes. Dry bitter finish. Alright, but far from great (The King’s Arms in Norwich 24.09.2006).

[Cask at GBBF 2005] A hazy orange beer with an orange head. The aroma is sweet fruity, and so is the flavor, but the flavor also has a slightly hoppy end.

Cask at County Hotel JDW Ashford. Gold/copper colour. Aroma of apples and some hop leads to apple and tea flavours. It was alright, but I wouldn’t have it again
