Cask at PoW, Farnborough. Malty aroma with some herbs. Pale gold. Thin frothy white head. Light bitter. Some underlying sweet and sourness. Citrus and herbs. Light-mesium bodied. Slick with some happiness to it. Long dry astringent finish. Better than I was expecting, not just a bland gold.

Cask at the Alehouse, Reading. A pale amber pour with a thin white head; grassy aroma with a hint of citrus; grainy body; and a rather sticky, lightly bitter finish. A rather pedestrian bitter.

Sun Inn, Kelvedon. Summer Beer Fest. Cask. Clear gold beer, bubbly white head. Palate is smooth with light fine carbonation. Smooth and semi dry light malts. Whisper of sulphury yeast. Decent fruity hops - tangy orange, mild lemon and a touch of spice. Bitter light finish. Sulphur brings down an otherwise nice beer.
