Bottle sample @ LIBF’17, thanks to the RB-InBev Belgian crew for the share. Brumeuse dorée, pas de col. Arôme citrique avec de suite des relents de levure sauvage, brett like, petite pointe fruitée et une touche de salin. Palais est léger citronné, pointe de malté pils mais restant un peu neutre face au côté aigrelet de cette bière. Fin houblonné restant dans le noble, retrouve peu l’usage d’orange.

Pretty cloudy beige blond beer, no head. Aroma: sourish, fruity, sour apples, bit weird. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very acidic, mandarins, sour, orange peel. Aftertaste: dry, sourish, some lactobacillus acidity.

Cloudy pale blond colour. Aroma and flavour have a citric sharpness. Tart with an orange flavour in the background.

Botella 33 cl IX cara ratebeer en Cimmeria 10..04..2017. Lote (b2) hasta 31..08..2017. (r38). Color amarillento velado con espuma blanca Sabores suaves maltosos entre ácidos cĂtricos algo afrutados y ligeros herbaceos. Cuerpo ligero algo espumoso y carbonico. Se esperaba algo más de ella. Normal.

Bottle. Slightly unclear pale golden body with lively champagne bubbles and a small, disappearing white head. Aroma is lemon, oranges and minerals with a hint of yoghurt. Flavor is acidic with lemon, salt, yeast and not so much oranges, more some kind of harsh citric fruit/papaya thing. Light bodied and acidic fruity aftertaste with salt. Nice and refreshing but something in with the fruit flavor is not right there.

Almost clear gold beer, small white head. Palate is light, thin and dry. Decent carbonation. Light sourness, a little lemon and and generic fruits. Dry finish. Yogurt runs throughout and that pisses me off.

Lys brun med lavt hvitt skum. Lukter bæreddik, honning og blomster. Sur smak, blomster og syrefress. Middels lang.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 6 Oct 2016) Golden amber colour, hazy, with frothy white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of citrus, orange peel and white bread. Fruity, tart taste with orange, bread, hints of barnyard and a light saltiness in a finish with no evident bitterness. Light body, quite dry. Refreshing and highly drinkable. Quite nice.
